Yeah, it was actually kinda cool, although Tbar (uh, is that the name of it? the taskbar transparency thing?) didn't "exit" or "uninstall" properly - I had to dig around for a way to un-transparency my taskbar - it's not transparent in Vista, why should it be in XP? =\ The Vista thing actually wore off on me pretty quickly, so I didn't use it very long. I just thought it was kinda "pushy" with the installer... it really should confirm what it's about to do before it does it - like most installers, by putting a "Installation confirmation" wizard page just before installing. So, yeah. |

| Posted 2 years ago (03/08/08 12:24am) Hey, other than that, it seems to work pretty well. I guess it was just an installer for an installer. You should point that out in your installer by putting the customary "Here is what is going to be installed, and where" dialog after accepting all the changelogs and crap. That was really scary. |
